RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Return: Email us at support@rapidrunner.online to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return. Please do not ship any items back without first receiving written authorization from our team, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.
